Ridge has seen home values climb strongly over the past year, rising about 10.78 percent. That pace is faster than Suffolk County overall, where values are up roughly 3.13 percent to about $660,000. At the same time, pending sales are down about 41.18 percent and new listings have fallen nearly 57.89 percent from a year ago, signaling fewer deals and options than before.
In February 2026, the typical home value in Ridge was around $442,000, while the median list price hovered near $469,000. Homes spent a median of 53 days on the market, which is more than double year-ago levels but still lines up with a seller’s market indicated by 2.3 months of supply and roughly one third of sales closing above the asking price.
Inventory is tight at just 41 active listings, down about 18 percent year over year, with only 16 new listings and 20 pending sales recorded.
