Karl and Hannah were beyond our expectations. They made the decisions easier. After looking at what was available on the market, we ultimately decided to go with a new build. Also they had a buyer for our house before we started looking. We are retired and we were looking for a one level home (no stairs). In the end we have a one story ranch style home in Springville. We're finally settling into our new home and were able to close on our old home last week. The process was made so much better by Hannah and Karl Granholm, Granholm Realty Group - Keller Williams.

Hannah showed us SO many homes and never once complained. She has been on top of every single aspect of our new build and making sure things were taken care of that we would have never even thought about. She's even handling some things still, a month after closing.

Karl has been so reassuring and thorough. He went above and beyond to make sure our listing pictures were stunning. He has been in constant communication about the best way to sell our old home and make the most of it, which he has definitely done.

The best part of having them as our realtor team is that from the very beginning they felt more like friends than a formal relationship. Both transactions felt so easy because we were so comfortable with them.

Karl had helped me before I had actually met him. I met him through a Facebook group and he got answers to questions I had about adding onto a property.
Karl and Hannah are very professional and honest and great to work with. They truly go above and beyond to help with you any part of the process.
They have lots of connections and provided several contacts for getting estimates on repairs and estimates on possible projects on new properties, etc.
I can't think of anything they could have done better. Just a great experience.
Karl and Hannah did a great job marketing my house, from getting professional photos of my home, providing a list of helpful hints about staging my home, to actually helping me move furniture around which really made a huge difference in highlighting the great things about my house.
The photos looked fabulous on the listings. The showings and open house went great with lots of compliments.

Working with Karl and Hannah were great. Karl kept me informed as everything progressed. If I had questions or I didn’t understand something Karl readily explained things to me until I understood. He was very patient with me and understanding. Hannah worked with me and also tried to help me understand the steps in selling my house. I had goals I wanted to meet. They seemed to care about my goals, desires or needs and worked very hard and patiently with me to help me meet those goals.
