Harby is very approachable and friendly to deal with. I think he collects and analysis his data so it makes perfect sense when he speaks based off his experience. It gives a realistic picture of what to expect and how much could go wrong. (To take a calculated investment risk, though reality might differ)

He also takes the time to clear all the doubts to the point with no fluff. Like that about him.

Harby is a very nice and sweet human being. He is extremely capable as a realtor and knows the market inside out. The research he does is top notch and, in my considered opinion, this gives his clients an edge over others. He is also very helpful in dealing with the more mundane matters related to buying/selling a property and moving into or out of it. Frankly, I not buying or selling a property ever without him by my side because he is my realtor for life!
