Hi, I'm Ivy Evans.
I am a real estate professional who specializes in working with first-time homebuyers. For many of my clients, this is their first big purchase. Therefore, I conduct a consultation on the front end to discuss the entire buying process with each client. After we've spoken, if it seems appropriate for them to connect with a lender, I facilitate an introduction to discuss loan programs and possible down payment assistance options available to them as buyers.
If, at the time of consultation, they are not quite ready to speak with a lender, we create a plan of action to address any credit issues or other reasons that might hinder their approval by a lender at this time. I assist all clients from credit to close. Once clients are approved by a lender, we embark on our shopping journey.
