Jacob Davis

Jacob "JD" Davis is a licensed Michigan broker and the founder of Pointe Advantage, a boutique brokerage serving Grosse Pointe, St. Clair Shores, and Detroit's east side.

Before opening his own firm, Jacob ran the relocation and referral division for one of the largest brokerages in Michigan, overseeing referral business across 800+ agents and 25 offices under the Coldwell Banker and Century 21 brands. In that role, he was the person national relocation companies called when they needed a transferee taken care of, and he learned exactly what separates the agents who get repeat referrals from the ones who don't. It comes down to communication, follow-through, and treating a referred client like the most important one you have.

That's the standard he brings to every buyer and seller he works with now. Whether it's a first-time buyer trying to get into the Park, a family relocating to Michigan from out of state, or a seller who wants a clean, well-run sale on a lakefront property, Jacob handles the details personally and keeps clients informed at every step.

Over his career, Jacob has closed more than $50 million in residential and commercial transactions, and earlier on, he led a national rent-to-own program for the country's largest owner of manufactured housing communities, helping renters become homeowners.

Jacob is a graduate of Albion College. He lives in Grosse Pointe Park with his family, and when he's not showing houses, you'll find him on the golf course, wrenching on one of his project cars, or hanging out with his son.
