As a native of Colorado, I had a front-row seat to the growth we've seen in the Denver Metro area over the past few decades. It's such a pleasure to leverage that knowledge and experience as I serve those buying and selling their homes. I have been focused on real estate since 2015, starting first as an investor. I quickly blended my two passions of real estate and helping others into my full-time work. Prior to real estate, I led marketing teams for small to medium sized businesses with national and international footprints. Managing large teams and budgets taught me the importance of process, communication, messaging, and positioning. It's a joy to bring my business and customer service acumen to my clients every day as we set out to achieve their dreams with real estate.

Throughout the process he was very responsive. He helped us get answers when we needed them, which was sometimes a quick turnaround. He also helped us find other resources we needed (inspector, lender) and provided some good questions for us to ask and things to watch out for. Jacob helped us find our dream home within about a month! We thought we had no chance of getting the home that we ended up with- it was highly sought after!
