“Patrick Morgan did an excellent job for us reading the Contract and explaining the contents of all the paperwork. He is a very nice person and did a very good job helping us selling our property. Would recommend him to anyone.”

“Sean was a consumate professional. He helped us better understand the intricacies of our transition from Texas to Colorado by explaining some cultural and regional differences. Sean was very communicative throughout the process and graciously gave up a significant amount of time to take us around to a significant number of places at often far distances from Colorado Springs. Sean guided us through the selection process and took the time to help me understand Colorado real estate forms and processes since I am a licensed Texas realtor and things are very different than in Texas. My husband and I would like to offer our highest recommendation of Sean and his services for anyone looking to work colloboratively with a knowlegable and proactice realtor.”

“Our realtor, Hallie Rand, was the best. She was very knowledgeable in the areas we wanted to purchase a condo in. She didn't waste our time showing places out of our price range and in areas not suitable for us. She was always pleasant and always a phone call away when we needed advice. Excellent realtor!”

“Working with Laurie was wonderful! Right from the beginning, there was a connection that transcended the transactional nature of the relationship. Laurie was especially supportive and understanding of the many challenges I faced moving my mother out of her home of 20+ years. Her toolbox of readily accessible resources was immensely helpful and made the nuances of a cross-country move quite manageable. Ever professional, the personal touch made a huge difference and a short transition from listing to closing.”

“Thomas was extremely helpful throughout the entire home buying experience. I met him almost one year ago as I had flown out to Colorado looking for a home. He recommended the apartment complex we have lived in for 10 months and now, and finally, after a long build process we are finally into our new home. It wouldn’t have been possible without Thomas.”

“Steve did a phenomenal job. He was always available through the house hunting process and made every ability possible to view each house on the list. He did his research on each home so we knew what we were walking into and if there was anything we may not have liked we knew ahead of time. Super responsive, amazing guy.”
