My husband and I knew it was time to downsize and sell our home. This was a place we had built, and raised our kids. It was the place our grandkids loved to play baseball and go sledding but was NOT a place we could lock up and travel for a month and that was what we wanted to be able to do. Our daughter recommended Jaime Starr and Cory Bemis so we called Jaime and asked if they could just come out and give us a guesstimate of the value and maybe some advice before we listed (with no guarantee we would list). Their care and understanding, along with market analysis which they came back and gave made us determine that when we did sell, they were the people we wanted to work with.

Over the next few months my husband and I kept apprised of the existing market and traversed the valley, acquainting ourselves with the kind of homes and areas available. We found nothing that looked better to us than where we were. Jaime was happy
