Inventory in Naches is tight, with only eight active listings in the latest rolling three-month view. Months of supply has fallen sharply to about 1.1, down significantly from earlier periods when it was over four months. At the same time, homes sold have surged year over year, with sales in the recent three-month window more than five times higher than a year ago.
