Being born and raised in Delaware and spending summers in Ocean City and Fenwick Island, lifeguarding on the beach and working as a captain on the waterways, is where I found my love and passion for this area and all of its charm.
Since those days, I have been fortunate to live in many great locales like Baltimore, Washington DC, Chicago, and Charleston.
I was ecstatic when I returned to the Eastern Shore, making it my home with my wife and son taking my entrepreneurial spirit and passion for homes to the world of real estate by becoming a REALTOR with the oldest and most established residential real estate franchise in North America.

Even before we started looking for a new home we went to an open house just to look around That is where we first met Jake. He was very personable and professional at the time and we decided that when we were going to start looking for a home we would use Jake as our realtor. We were not disappointed. He sat down with us and discussed what our needs and wants were and after showing us a few houses Jake knew what neighborhoods would fill our needs. Jake found us our home and guided us through our home buying process. It was a very difficult process due to problems with the sale of our home in NY and Jake even guided us in that matter. If it were not for Jake we probably would have lost both sales. I could not think of a better person to have in your corner than Jake. After all we had been through I don’t consider him as my realtor but as a friend. I honestly don’t think anyone could find a better person to help find or sell a home.
