Nicole Harrell

Nicole Harrell relocated with her family from Pittsburgh to Sussex County in 1986. With a rich professional background, Nicole spent nine years at Sea Colony, where she gained valuable experience in both the property management division and the accounting department. She then expanded her expertise by working for a professional land surveying firm for a decade, building her knowledge of real property, including flood zones, deed research, municipal procedures, new construction, and subdivisions.

In March 2015, Nicole joined The Stine Team, bringing her extensive experience and dedication to real estate. She enjoys spending her free time with her son, exploring the beach, camping, and taking advantage of all that the area has to offer. Nicole is a committed member of the Sussex County Association of Realtors, the Delaware Association of Realtors, the Coastal Association of Realtors for Maryland, and the National Association of Realtors. She is licensed in both Delaware and Maryland.
