James and his team amazing! We met him at an open house he was hosting and ended up chatting about the process of buying a home. He had guidebooks and resources available on the spot that got us to try him out. The entire process took about 8 months but throughout he showed us a bunch of properties that WE HANDPICKED (not forced to us like some that we dealt with before him) within our criteria, sent a few offers and finally landed on one that we absolutely fell in love with!

He was diligent throughout the process, we kept doing comparables on everything and it was the biggest thing that got us comfortable sending our offer. He also had tons of experience with condos and it came with an actual report with forecasts and everything!
