We were out of towners while looking for a place in Atlanta. After our first meeting, and conversation, Jared knew exactly what my husband and I were looking for and realized our limited time each visit. He stuck by us as we explored different neighborhoods and areas of this beautiful city. His knowledge of the area is incredible. After 3 weekend visits and touring a few condos, he found us our perfect fit. And when we couldn't be there for one last time before the purchase, he went to the condo and showed us every bit & corner of the house on Facetime. He met our Inspector there; he pointed out the few things that needed to be fixed. He advocated for us to the seller and got the deal we felt most comfortable with. Even after the closing, he has checked up on us a few times and has offered to help us as we settle in our new condo. We highly recommend this guy- his knowledge, love, and commitment as a realtor shine through every time he's doing a showing or talking about his city!

This was my first experience buying a home, and from beginning to end, Jared made the process much more easier and understandable for me. I was looking for a certain type of condo in the downtown area, and Jared was able to really help take the stress off of me and narrow down my search to make it clear which properties stood out. Within a couple of weeks of working with Jared I developed a confidence of knowing what will work for me, and it was just a matter of making the right offer and it being accepted. Jared is very informed of the market and the area, and he is extremely responsive. He would always respond very quickly to any question or concern I had and would know or find the answer quickly. He also has great communication skills communicating with the owners and other listing agents. After my offer was accepted, Jared was very helpful with the inspection and appraisal process. Jared already has good knowledge of home maintenance, and was able to give me recommendations on what to do and ask for based on the inspection report. With Jared’s guidance I was very satisfied with the agreement we came to with the seller during due diligence. I am very happy with my condo purchase, and feel very content with the process I went through with Jared to arrive at closing.
