Javon was referred to me and I am so happy I chose him to be my selling agent. He worked tirelessly to get amazing photos of my apartment, get the listing on the right sites, scheduled several open houses, went out of his way to make viewing appointments work, and was always responsive. This past Summer Javon helped my wife and I find a new condo. What's atypical is that we were looking to leave the city so we wanted to move upstate and this was not usually a job a local Real Estate agent would take on. Javon however was more than willing to help us. Over the course of month or so Javon set up tours to look at single family homes and condos around the Hudson region and was actually quite knowledgeable about the area as well as market prices in our range. Being in the city we did now own a car so it was an even more generous gesture that Javon was willing to take us on several 2+ hour trips each way to tour homes. He provided counsel on where we could and couldn't negotiate as well as how to navigate the buying process. In the end Javon was able to help us find the perfect condo with a perfect location is a perfect town in a not so perfect time. We always be grateful for his services.
