Javon was EXCELLENT!!! He helped me purchase a co-op. He was very professional, practical and exhibited knowledge of the entire process. I especially appreciated his responsiveness and willingness to listen. For example, I had seen an old water stain in the ceiling and when it rained, I asked if he could check on it. He did and sent me pictures - there was no leak. Throughout the process, I felt that he wanted me to get the apartment without any hiccups. I highly recommend him.
