Jeannie is a truly amazing real estate agent! She has really great suggestions, doesn't beat around the bush about the processes of selling and buying a house, is very caring and communicates clearly about realistic expectations for buying and selling. She helped me buy my first home, helped me sell my home, and I have recommended her to many of my friends and they have also gotten their own houses through her! She really goes above and beyond, she helped my husband and I when we needed last minute boxes, and she's always available for questions and concerns from a nervous nelly like me! I will definitely be using her to buy my next house.

This sales transaction was very emotional and very stressful (as are most real estate transactions). So to have someone like Jeannie working so close with you is a real asset. She was always calm and the feeling really came across that she cared about our family, about what decisions were being made, and what was in our best interest. We were selling due to loss of my father. Jeannie had great ideas, she had a plan and always made sure I was updated with what was happening day to day. I felt like we were working as a team. Something I really valued was I could reach her at any time of the day by text or by email. To have someone call, text, or email right back was very important to me. It made me feel important. Jeannie went the extra mile to help me with many aspects of the sale and making sure the house was presentable. She has a reputation for being ethical, knowledgeable and responsible. I was very happy with her. And her help with some of the extra things I needed to do to get the house ready to put on the market was something I have not experienced before in previous sales of property.
