Jeff Garrett

My name is Jeff Garrett. I'm a native Texan, born in Houston, raised in the Cypress area, and a Langham Creek High School alumnus.
In 2004, I joined my father in the real estate business. In 2010, I assumed ownership of his business, and now I am the Broker/Owner at Texas Legacy Properties.
As an experienced Realtor®, I help clients buy and sell property across the Houston metropolitan area. Although foreclosure properties have long been my specialty, I possess expertise in the broader real estate market, with over 500 closed transactions throughout my career.
I firmly believe that integrity, communication, and exceptional service are essential ingredients for a successful business.
In my spare time, you'll find me tinkering with my '79 Chevy Camaro, gardening, grilling, or hitting the walking trail with my dogs, Finn and Rip.
