Kim is a phenomenal Realtor! We had 6 offers on our home the first day, and it sold above listing price, due in a big part to her expertise and marketing skills. The house was an older home and Kim expertly advised us on staging, what upgrades we should consider and those we didn't need to bother. While doing this, she negotiated the purchase of our new home, helping us envision the transformation of a house that had been vacant for over a decade into our dream home. Her honesty, integrity, work ethic and cheery personality are remarkable. I live in a community served by many, many good Realtors but I honestly must place Kim at the top. We were looking to buy either a beach house or land on which to build. The Fazzino group was very versatile in that they are not afraid of learning everything there is to know about a variety of markets. We felt very confident because of the comprehensiveness of the data collected as well as the grasp Kim had on its content.
