TJ was absolutely heaven sent from start to finish – no stone unturned to get our home sold, always able to reach her, always knew what to expect next, always gave the best information on negotiations and how to best position the house for sale. Would recommend her to everyone I know – knowledgeable/ communicative/ personable/ and thorough.

TJ is an absolute beast. She’s the best realtor you can have representing your best interest. We bought a new construction and things didn’t go as intended. She got on the builders and find the email to the CEO of the company. She reached out to them and got the direct number to the VP. After some negotiations, the builder offered $11k towards my closing cost including buying down the interest to what it was if I had closed when the contract said I would have. TJ really came through for us and called the builder out on their BS. She’s always available to answer any questions and help me understand the process. I love you TJ and thank you for all that you did for us. We are forever grateful to have found you and use you as our realtor! You are an absolute blessing to work with!

TJ Diaz is phenomenal. Since the first day we connected she listened to what my needs were and treated my needs as her top priority. She was patient and very thorough when presenting possible properties letting me know her professional opinion on whether or not it aligned with my needs. Our whole journey she had an answer for every question or concern I had. I still can’t believe how amazing TJ is, she took away the stress, anxiety, and headache of buying a home. What to say about TJ?…only the most amazing realtor there could ever be!!! I don’t know if I need to say anything other than that but I guess I will. TJ is so incredibly knowledge, is an excellent communicator, extremely prompt, and overall just an awesome person. It’s amazing the amount of big and little things along the entire home-buying process I didn’t know and TJ was there every step of the way to help and get to the end goal…from fighting to make sure we got the right price to being the tape queen at our walkthrough in order to make sure no imperfections were missed. I will have to take her with me if and when we buy a house in a different location. Love her so much and I can’t imagine any other realtor could ever live up to her!! ❤️❤️
