Jenifer Somerlot

My name is Jenifer Somerlot. I have lived Ohio, Florida and Texas. I am licensed in both Ohio and Texas.

Prior to real estate, I worked for a technical staffing company in human resources, payroll, accounting, help desk, and as a regional manager for company owned locations.

When my kids were born I then dedicated my efforts to being a stay-at-home mom to my three children. I started her real estate career on the administrative side of real estate which led to my decision to transfer into real estate full time.

I earned my license in 2013 with over a decade of real estate experience. I keep the real estate process progressing forward, clients focused and milestones achieved. I have relocated several times, and understand the challenges in making the transition to a new home and even a new area.

I have built the majority of my business on repeat and referral clients, highlighting the fact that I hold customer experience as the measure of success in a transactions.
