Marysville’s rolling three-month data through September 2026 shows softer price trends compared to a year ago. Typical home values are down a bit year over year, with the median sale price off more than 4 percent, while the median list price is also slightly lower than last year. At the same time, listing activity has picked up, as active listings are up nearly 10 percent and new listings have risen about 13 percent from a year earlier.
Current conditions point to a market that is less overheated but still leans toward sellers. Typical homes now spend around 46 days on the market, only slightly longer than a year ago despite the jump in supply.
