The house had many upgrades, so she had a professional photographer take the pictures. Following her advice I was sure we would be successful. Once the listing went live, showings were scheduled almost immediately. We were in multiple offers with in 24 hours. Less than 48 hours later we had a signed contract for above list price. This during rising interest rates. The inspections and closing went on schedule. The transaction could not have been more pleasant. I will use Jenn in the future and highly recommend her to my friends.

Jenn was always respectful of my home. Removing her shoes upon entering and providing shoe covers for showings and inspections. I have an injury. To remain on our schedule, Jenn helped me paint the garage and rake leaves prior to photographs being taken. Never had that happen before.
