Jennifer went above and beyond our expectations. I would and have recommended her to friends and neighbours. She really made us feel comfortable and at ease getting our house ready for sale and guided us through the process. She contacted contractors for fast repairs as requested by buyers so we did not have that burden of stress. The pictures taken of our house and property were unbelievably amazing. Our house listed and sold the very next day. I am sure I can continue to give praises for all she has done. Jennifer is a wonderful, caring person. Jennifer Purcell just sold our home in 4 days. On the initial consultation Jennifer gave us all the tools we needed to get our home ready for sale. She told us what needed to be repaired/replaced, what buyers are looking for and how to stage our home. Her knowledge of the real estate market and her guidance allowed us to get top dollar for our property.
Unfortunately the first deal fell through. Jennifer was immediately on the phone with other agents and by that evening she got us an offer that was better than the first, and without even having to show the house again.
Jennifer has been honest with us and has been there to guide us through the entire process. She was here when she said she would and returned our calls in a timely manner. She was there to recommend paint colors, carpet and lighting. She even has a team of professionals at her fingertips to help with the details. She recommended a carpet installer, a painter and a person to pressure wash our home. Each one was reasonable in price, on time and very professional. Jennifer even went as far as to find us a Realtor in PA (even interviewed her) where we were looking to move. When she recommends someone, she views that person as an extension and reflection of herself.
As my wife and I looked at homes on Realtor.com and Zillow, we couldn't believe the photos that people put up. Cluttered houses and horrible pictures were the norm. The photographer that Jennifer hired did an AMAZING job of making our home flow. We believe that the photographer she chose was a big reason why our home sold so quickly.
If I had to list one negative thing about Jennifer, it’s that she’s so efficient she makes other realtors look bad.
We are beyond pleased with the service Jennifer has provided for us. If you are in the market for a new home or are selling your home, do yourself a favor and hire Jennifer Purcell.

Jennifer Purcell was an amazing agent in her representation for two completely independent sales in Elizabeth City, NC. Jennifer represented us previously on the purchase of our primary residence at 180 Brickhouse Ln and at 0000 Brickhouse Ln. She was flawless and exceeded our every expectation through both major purchases

Jennifer carefully advised us on selection of a local attorney. Heeding Jennifer’s advice, we asked the sellers to include and complete a full land survey prior to finalizing the sale. The survey revealed a 25% reduction in farmable land which then led to a reduced selling price. Jennifer was an excellent agent who protected her clients in every aspect of her performance.

Jennifer was available nearly 24/7 during this entire process. Without fail, she answered calls/emails/texts in an extremely timely manner. In a couple of instances, she even talked us “off the ledge” and calmed the situation down to a reasonable level of anxiety. She was cool under pressure but relentlessly protective of our needs. You can trust Jennifer to meet all deadlines, push the other agent to perform to Jennifer’s expectations, and overall just get the job done better than you expect. She was fiercely protective but also very approachable and easy to get along with. Probably the best agent we’ve ever worked with and one that really listened to us.
