We cannot begin to put into words how grateful we were to be recommended to Jennifer Purcell. She was a dream from the beginning. She took the time to really listen to what we needed. She explained every step to us, and as new home buyers we were going in blind. She walked us through all the steps. She was extremely kind to our 82 year old seller. She even took the time to go through things and help her. We couldn't have asked for a better realtor. She went through the whole process with us and even celebrated with as we finally closed. Jennifer Purcell is a phenomenal realtor, very experienced in the NC coastal markets. She worked with us through every step of the home buying process with a high level of professionalism. Her local knowledge helped us to understand the local market and find the best homes for our family. Negotiations were quick and we were under contract overnight. Jennifer dedicates herself to customer service and works many long hours to ensure her customers are informed every step of the way. From under contract to closing she treated us like family. Jennifer was referred to us by Veterans United as a preferred agent in the area where we are executing a military Permanent Change of Station move. We spoke to her on the phone, and were instantly impressed, deciding that we were not interested in interviewing other agents.

We cannot say enough good things about Jennifer! She was professional, knowledgeable, communicative, compassionate and thorough.
