Wow, where to begin?! My husband and I have been on a roller coaster with both selling and building. We would have pulled our hair out or chosen an appointment to be done with it all, if it was not for Jennifer. At literally every turn, Jennifer went above and beyond to make sure she was our voice with the builder! When my husband deployed, Jennifer made sure to educate me and walk me through all the steps for Power of Attorney and closing. Every recommendation from fencing, inspection, to dinner proved to be perfect matches for us! I will forever be in Jennifer's debt.

She understood my needs and the fact I was not in a rush to make a home buy. Once I slected a home she was extremily responsive to my questions and made the process very easy and less stressful than other home purcheses I have made.

Jennifer handled everything for us (literally the only thing I did was set up lawn care). She also kept fantastic communication with us throughout the entire process. Even though we weren't in the home, she let us know about every showing, inspection, appraisal, etc. Jennifer also offered fantastic insight on how we should price, tips on how to make our home more desirable before it hit the market, and helped us navigate negotiations with our offer.
