I was immediately impressed with his local knowledge and his ability to listen to what we were looking for. Moving from out of state, we had no understanding of the market. I gave Jeremiah a list of about eight houses we thought we may be interested in based on our conversations. He screened our choices and provided us with pros/cons of each house and neighborhood. Then he scheduled home tours for that day, which was beneficial as we were in a hurry to find a home and settle in.After the sale, Jeremiah has been a wonderful resource for us. He has provided us names and contact information for certain services. We even got locked out of the home on our second day and he sent over a locksmith at his expense!
