Unanticipated challenges with the buyer’s lending company on the date of closing/settlement prompted Jess to jump in & mitigate a solution directly w/the lending company. Closing proceeded with minimal disruption due to Jessica’s involvement. Had she not stepped in, closing would have been delayed several days. Jessica ensures that her customers’ needs are met & resolves all obstacles as they arise.
