Jodi Beekman was absolutely wonderful to work with as we searched for (and found) our dream home and sold our home in an unprecedented market! The experience was fantastic. We picked Jodi because for years we could see that she specialized in our area. When I told one of the neighbors who we were using he said "Oh, yeah - she's a local legend." She was our listing agent, but given her knowledge of the area we'd use her as a buying agent if we ever move back to town. 1. I always watched Zillow to stay informed on the rough value of my house. 2. The first meeting with Jodi was REALLY helpful. 3. She had great data on what sold in the area along with real comps the appraiser would likely use. 4. That helped us feel great about the asking price we chose, and more importantly helped us be ready to recognize a good offer. 5. She sent a person to the house to help with staging AND had a professional take care of the photos. 6. We had to make sure the house was clean but other than that Jodi really took care of everything (open houses, managing showings, help getting ready for closing - EVERYTHING).
