Joe Weiner was extremely professional. He was helpful, knowledgable about the market, and always available when I needed him. When it was time to list my property, he arranged to have the photographer take several pictures of the condo, which were promptly listed on the internet MLS. I received multiple offers on the first day of the listing. An offer was accepted for the property on the first day. All real estate documents were very easily accessible with the Docusign application. Closing was a breeze. Kudos to Joe for a fine job!
