John Mizell

Born in St. Petersburg and raised in the quiet towns around Monticello, Florida, I’ve always had a strong connection to the communities that make up the Big Bend region. After graduating from Aucilla Christian Academy, I proudly served eight years in the U.S. Army, including time with the elite 82nd Airborne Division and Special Operations at Fort Bragg, North Carolina.

Today, I specialize in helping buyers, sellers, and investors navigate the Crawfordville and Forgotten Coast markets. Whether you’re searching for a home, land, or investment property, I offer a client-focused approach grounded in honesty, attention to detail, and local expertise.
