Joe Caspole

I retired from the Marine Corps in 2015 after nearly 22 years of service and transitioned directly into real estate, starting my career with Keller Williams in Temecula, CA. In 2016, I was recruited to one of the top teams in Southern Riverside County as well as North San Diego County. In 2017, the team decided to become their own brokerage, and I was invited to become a partner. As CEO of KSA Real Estate Group, I was responsible for managing all aspects of the business, onboarding and training new agents, and ensuring that all agents maintained compliance and ethics in their work. In November 2018, I made the move to eXp Realty and am now a Broker-Associate with one of the fastest-growing brokerages in the nation. I am also a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator, which enables me to ensure my clients receive the best rates while choosing a home that fits their budget.
