“Our property was located in a rural area and was not a typical home. We knew it would be a difficult sale. Corey advised us what to expect and held regular open houses until he found the perfect buyer. His knowledge of the market, dedication, communication and high ethical standards were key to making the sale happen. He was also our Buyer's Agent when we purchased the new home, and he negotiated a very favorable price. I give him the highest recommendation and would absolutely refer him to any prospective client.”

“I was recommended by Erika with high praise so my expectations were already high, but she truly exceeded them. I was blown away by her knowledge, experience, and attention to detail. As a first time buyer, this process was incredibly important to me, and she took the time to help me better udnerstand what to look for and what really mattered. I always felt that she genuinely had my best interest. Her professionalism and patience made all the difference, and that's exactly why I will continue working with her in the future and confidently recommend her to my friends and family. Both she and Carlos did an outstanding job explaining everything clearly and offering thoughtful recommendations throughout the process. I truly appreciate both and look forward to working with them again.”

“After being strung along for 9 months by another agent, my lender Michelle Magana referred Linda Karen to me. Linda and I had one conversation and immediately took up the search to find me home. Linda started by asking what I wanted. Then we started looking online. Within one day we met face to face and began our physical search. While the other agent kept sending emails promising that she "had my back", she never offered to meet with me and never produced or showed me one property in a 9 month period. Linda and I only had 1 telephone conversation, and we set an appointment and were out house shopping the next. Linda doesn't offer lip service and platitudes. Linda comes with factual useful information that yeilds results! Some agents are all talk. Not Linda. She's all about getting you into not just "a house", but into "YOUR HOME". I am a satisfied client and if you are looking for a realtor to be upfront about your options, whose totally invested in finding you the home you need... You want Linda Karen in your corner. She's going to work closely with your lender to get you into the best property for your dollar.”

“Edith had great referrals. Her knowledge of the local area was extremely helpful throughout the process. Edith portrays exemplary communication skills. She made sure our wish list was checked off when searching for a home. Her patience makes the home buyer process easier and her professionalism is always on point. Edith makes it easy for anyone to approach her. We had many questions throughout the home buying process and she broke things down to us in ways that we understood. Not only is Edith very professional, she also pays close attention to detail. Edith was our best fit and would recommend her to our loved ones. She is a perfect example of professionalism and makes the home buying process a lot easier. Edith never pressured us and always communicated clearly. She kept our wish list in mind and paid attention to detail. We wouldn't have found our new home without her guidance.”
