Joe was the perfect fit for us as we searched for our first house to purchase this year. Not only was he flexible, knowledgeable, and willing to answer (or find the answer) to any question, he worked with us through the pandemic! When viewing houses he was able to provide insight into good qualities, as well as potential problems. He was honest and never made us feel uncomfortable about our opinions or questions. Most importantly he was not "pushy" when it came to finding a home. He just wanted us to land on the house we would be happy in. I would highly recommend him.

Joe was an absolute gem to work with. He was funny, honest, communicative, available, and genuinely a pleasure to spend time with. As first time home owners, Joe guided us through the process with professionalism and transparency.

We feel incredibly lucky to have found him and couldn't imagine having another realtor. We have already recommended him to friends looking to buy homes and if we ever house hunt again, he will be our first call. We kind of miss seeing him regularly.

Joe is a phenomenal realtor! He is very trustworthy, knowledgeable, and prompt. As a first time homebuyer, I had no idea what I was doing. Joe was very patient and walked me through every step of the process. He was excellent at finding properties that were a great fit for me. Joe made the process very enjoyable and educational. During the closing process, there were a lot of unpredictable events, but Joe was adaptable and made the process straightforward. After closing, Joe still made himself available to give me advice about property maintenance and gave me many excellent referrals for contractors, roofers, etc. I hope to work with him again in the future and will recommend him to everyone I know.

As first-time home buyers, Joe was very patient with our questions, however naive they may have been. He was respectful of our price range and did not show us properties that would have been unrealistic for us (even though our budget was modest). We had a huge snafu the day of closing and Joe rearranged his day to resolve it with us. As a bonus, he is very personable and easy to talk to. Incredibly responsive with both phone and email. I would highly recommend Joe to anyone looking for a positive real estate experience.
