Josh came in confident and with a strong game-plan. We valued that he took the time to get to know us, walk our house, and wanted to partner with us as a "team."

Our house was surprisingly difficult to sell. Josh had a nice mix of online advertising, open houses, and using word-of-mouth. Josh also did an excellent job when it came to negotiating on our behalf.

Overall, Josh was a pleasure to work with. Kind, considerate, very nice, personable, all things my wife and I look for in a great business partner!
