Joshua was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was fantastic to work with. We are moving across the country in the middle of winter and Josh has made it feel like such a seamless and easy process. He is a very honest man that knows so munch information about the local area and about the houses or properties that we looked at. He showed us the flaws in the houses and made sure we knew what we were looking at and getting ourselves into as well as pointing out things to consider.he was super timely and prompt with communication and making sure everything was completed correctly and in ta timely manner. We were able to find our dream home and dream realtor. Should we ever move or look into buying more property we will definitely be calling him again.
