When my husband and I were beginning our house hunting journey, we just knew we would get stuck with a stereotypical real-estate agent. I'm here to say Joshua is definitely not that! I'd say far from it, in the best way possible! Joshua is real and down to earth. He is not here to sale you a house. He's here to guide you to your future home. His background in home inspection is asset to both him and you. While you aww and ahh over a potential house, he's walking it over. Maybe even getting on the roof, lol. He's going to give you the real facts about the house and will tell you up front about potential problems with the property. We didn't have the biggest budget and our experience had some bumps in the road, but Joshua was always there making us feel like a priority and found solutions to our bumps. FYI, none of the bumps had anything to do with him. We truly felt blessed to have him in our corner! We are beyond thankful for everything he did to get us in our home!
