Julie was fantastic helping me sell my house. She was patient with me as I navigated what was the best offer and was very informative about what was going on. She helped me to look at all aspects of the offer and was a great advocate for me to get the highest best possible price for my house. She helps you to feel comfortable in hat you are doling and does not make you feel pressured to do anything you don't want to do and she looks out for your best interest. She also helped me purchase the plot of land I bought to build my next home on. She went above and beyond to help me secure the piece of property and a great price that I have built my forever home on. I would highly recommend using Julie and have.
