Julie is an outstanding agent. We just purchased a house (December 15th, 2021). With many houses going above asking price it was difficult to understand if we were getting a fair deal or not. Julie was outstanding at helping us navigate various comps to ensure that we were making a fair/aggressive offer. We ended up finding the house of our dreams and negotiated off the asking price. The negotiations were at times stressful as the seller expected to get more than we offered but Julie negotiated fairly and firmly to ensure we got our price. She is incredibly knowledgeable of the area (Sandy Springs, East Cobb) where we were looking in regards to schools/taxes etc. She is also just a great person to work with. My wife loves spending time with her and Julie was always so patient as we looked at multiple homes. We never felt rushed or pressured to put an offer in. It was a terrific buying experience. She also helped us sell our home and that was the easiest sale of a home ever.
