After beating cancer I decided I needed to buy a house.

I'd had some bad experiences with a previous agent that almost wiped me out financially. This time I wanted someone I could absolutely trust to be honest.

In addition, I was buying from 4 states away and would not step foot in the house until the entire sale was complete. Needless to say I also needed someone I could absolutely trust to have a pretty clear idea of what I wanted.

I made the right choice. The house was exactly what I was looking for and the entire process went almost ridiculously smooth.

Julie was quick and proactive on the sale of our home. She never skipped a beat and was quickly on the ball with every showing and was very encouraging about our final sale.
