Despite Jason knowing another realtor, she make it very easy to convince him to work with her by helping him understand the process, market and by providing sound advice. Julie Vesuwalla was fantastic in helping us to purchase our home. She listened to our priorities and used her local knowledge to help us narrow in on a neighbourhood. We were selling a property in the US which complicated our situation - Julie made sure to work with us to allow enough of a buffer in our timeline to prevent complications.
Overall, Julie was a wonderful agent to work with. I had a great time looking at properties with her, and when it was time to put in an offer her expertise allowed us to get our perfect home at a reasonable price, with a contract that met our needs.

The most important factor to me in choosing a Realtor is communication. Does the Realtor understand what I am communicating and can they translate that into communicating to the other party or other parties Realtor. It's the one issue that probably leads to more failures in property sales than anything else. When I first spoke with Julie in my process of choosing a Realtor, I found her communication excellent and that was proven when we had to jump to see the property I purchased prior to listing. Julie was able to get us into the property 6 days prior to listing and an offer was accepted the same day. We were able to purchase our dream home because of Julie's pro-activeness where other Realtors would have advised clients to simply wait until the property was listed.

We've both purchase and sold a house with Julie over the past 3 years.
For our purchase, Julie had no problem booking/managing and viewing 40 houses over 3 days, and we managed to find what we wanted within that tight window. Her willingness to go above and beyond for us over that tight buying window shows her dedication to her clients.
