Karen picked up the call while on a vacation in Mexico. She said I will call you when I get back if that's ok? She did just that. Karen came to the house and she felt like a old friend coming to visit. She said, in two weeks we should see an offer it was about three. She was there for photos and helped with staging and even picked up a few dust bunnies I missed. She kept us informed about the feed backs from MANY showings. There was no pressure at anytime for anything. We got her option and made decisions from there. We were shocked she told us we had an offer, it was really quick. So greatful that it was really easy and painless on our part.
