Kathleen Cheung was a very supportive and positive person to work with. I found that she was punctual and well aware of the property she is explaining. She was very accommodating to all requests to view locker areas, change locations along the TTC or find new alternatives. She was helpful in decision making process. I found that I needed to remind her on some of my preferences to living in a certain area as one of her suggestions were outside of my preferences. Otherwise all of the properties I saw with her were completely matching the preferences that I requested. I found that the explanation of some processes and documentation required was difficult for me to understand and I resolved it with asking and she was very responsive. Kathleen is very professional and would go above and beyond to help her clients. 1) Kathleen is very knowledgeable about the housing market and makes sure my rights as landlord are protected. 2) When I received offers from various candidates, she thoroughly went through every one of them with me and gave me very good advices that helped me decide what is best for me. 3) After I rented out my condo unit and the tenants told me that the washing machine is not working, Kathleen contacted me immediately and gave me advice on what to do and next steps.
