I interviewed four agents and liked them all. I felt most comfortable with Katie and decided to use her to sell my Mom's home. She was very helpful giving advice as to what things needed to be done to prepare the house to be put on the market. She recommended several vendors she had worked with to help me as I don't live locally. She explained a strategy that she uses that she wanted to use to market our home and when the listing went live, it worked to perfection. We had an open house the first weekend and had 7 offers by Monday. She explained the pros and cons of each offer and we went under contract a day or so later. She explained each step as we went through the closing process and we closed 30 days later 20k over asking price!
