Hi, I’m KayLa Maddox! I’m a licensed REALTOR® with United Country OK Sunset Realty & Auctions, and I’m proud to help buyers and sellers throughout Western and Northwestern Oklahoma.

I’m originally from Arnett, Oklahoma, but Elk City has been home since 2010. Over the years, I’ve built connections throughout this area, and I’m excited to now serve the communities I know and love through real estate.

My real estate journey actually started behind the scenes. In 2021, I joined the office as the Transaction Coordinator and Office Manager, where I learned firsthand just how much goes into getting a real estate transaction from contract to closing. I’ve spent years coordinating paperwork, deadlines, contracts, lenders, title companies, inspections, and all the moving pieces that help get buyers and sellers to the closing table.

Now, as a licensed REALTOR®, I get to take that experience and put it to work directly for my clients.
