September’s finalized data reported the typical value of a home in the city to be $338,000—down 4.5% over the previous 12 months. For comparison, county-level data pegged home values at $260,000 in Oklahoma County for the most recent reporting period. That number is expected to float around $255,510 in October.
Edmond had 152 new listings and 145 listings that went under contract in September, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 492—down 7.52% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in October.
