You couldn’t ask for a better realtor than Kelly Ciaccio. As first time home buyers she helped us every step of the way, explaining everything in a way we could understand. She was always happy to show us a house no matter the time, day, or distance. Our mortgage lender at Bank of America Angela Love made this process a horrendous nightmare for us, but Kelly advocated for us relentlessly and helped us get the deal done with the managers at Bank of America. I don’t think it would have happened with any other realtor, I really don’t. This along with her steadfast determination to our situation and the humanity she showed us in dealing with the awful Bank of America make her a 5/5 realtor.

Kelly was a fantastic realtor. We were working with another realtor who was horribly slow and unresponsive, then Kelly answered an inquiry about a property and we decided to work with her instead! She is incredibly gracious and hard-working, and she made the home-buying process (which is nightmare-ish) as smooth as possible. She answered all of our questions with patience and advocated for us throughout the entire process. Would recommend her to anyone buying in the Phoenix area.
