Bonny was great to work with. Stayed on top of things, double checking everything and even helped the seller agent as well. We looked at several properties and she didnt hesitate to say which one may not be the best choice. We had a list of wants and a payment point we were comfortable with. She got us right where we needed to be (within $15 if our wanted payment) and more acreage than our minimum. She is awesome.
