We contacted Agent Pronto while in Oregon since our scheduled realtor no-showed us to look at homes. Upon contacting Agent Pronto, we received a call from Kerry. He turned out to be very responsive and proceeded to show us homes. We signed up with Kerry from Elite Platinum Real Estate in Bend, OR. Our experience couldn't have been better. Kerry was very responsive and knew the central Oregon market quite extensively.

Kerry is a hard working and honest Realtor. He did a very good job helping me with a purchase. He went way far and above the normal things most Realtors do. He made sure my home was inspected by a good inspector and followed up. Also when my home needed to be re-inspected as a house warming gift he paid for the re-inspection. I had some real problems going on in my life and I didn't know if I was even going to be there for the move, and he offered to be there and make sure my move went OK if I couldn't be there, but luckily for me it worked out and I didn't have to impose on him. There was all this confusion, so I called Kerry and you'd better believe the problems got sorted out right away. I am so Thankful for Kerry he is the best, and believe me I know, I've had a lot of Realtors in my day.

Kerry was always there when I had questions and concerns.. Kerry went out of his way to keep me informed to the progress of the sale of my property. Being thousands of miles away in Florida, Kerry handled any issues that occurred for my property in Prineville. Kerry was more then just a real-estate agent, He became a friend...
