Over the rolling three-month view ending in April 2026, Redmond’s typical home value is down notably from a year ago, falling about 11 percent. List prices have eased more gently over the same period, slipping a few percent year over year, which points to sellers adjusting expectations as buyers watch pricing closely.

Inventory conditions have shifted as well, with active listings edging slightly higher than a year ago and months of supply rising more than half compared with last spring to about four months.
