Kevin Ericson is a Manhattan real estate professional with more than a decade of experience helping buyers and sellers navigate New York City's complex residential market. As the founder of NYC Apartment Homes and a longtime Upper West Side resident, Kevin combines firsthand neighborhood knowledge with an analytical, research-driven approach to real estate.

Before entering the industry, Kevin worked in pharmaceutical research and development and later in technology sales. That background influences how he evaluates properties, analyzes market data, and helps clients understand the important details behind a purchase or sale. He pays particular attention to property value, comparable sales, building quality, monthly costs, board requirements, renovation potential, and future resale considerations.

Kevin lives in Manhattan with his wife and two children. Outside of real estate, he enjoys cooking, cycling, reading, travel, and volunteering as a youth baseball coach.
